Aquaria not available on Fridays. My negative review isn't because of this policy, but because they didn't advertise it. Ever have a rough week, and you just wanted to do a little something for yourself because you made it through? That's what my trip to petsmart was for. I was going to add some fish and maybe shrimp to my aquarium, so I took my lunchbreak to drive over. If you're familiar with the area, you know the traffic in conyers is terrible. And once I got through that, I walked in to find the lights on all the tanks off and a little sign posted that says no fish sales on Fridays.
What a waste. I hope this review saves you the trouble.

Have sat here in the parking lot for 30 minutes for curb side service. Injured knee and no help. Would not recommend.
Update: AFTER an hour we were told to “be patient” and yet they delivered a package to the lady in the parking space across from us.
The girl that was out there said it was only her and her manager and when my daughter called to speak to a manager the same girl stated she was a manager was rude on the phone and hung up the phone on my daughter, and only to return with another worker as if she wanted to start something. No one on our end wanted to start anything, just do your job, and after an hour of sitting there patients have ran out on the customers end. Also it was stated it was only her and her manager yet four other workers appeared out of no where and a fifth one had already walked out looked at us, and walked back inside the building. These people need to do better, answer the phones, and learn worker etiquette as they have none at this store.

I drove all the way to Conyers for fish. While looking in the tank all the gold fish feeders were dead. The staff didn’t even know to I told the to look ?. They said “ they sure are “. Daaaaaa waist full trip

We can certainly say we gave the grooming services at Conyers Petsmart a fair shot. We returned faithfully even after experiencing quite a few mix ups. Last week we took our mini golden doodle for an appointment that had been scheduled for 6 weeks. We arrived on time 12:30pm gave the groomer detailed instructions. We were told 3 to 4 hours. At 4:30 we had not heard from anyone so called to check in. The groomers switched & had not started our dog after 4 hours of having her sit in a cage! I said I would just pick her back up but after the drive they had started the bath & wash to cut. Now I am sitting there and waiting until 5:30pm when they call my cell phone to let me know the groomer needs to take a dinner break & wont finish the cut until 7:30pm! This dog had been there 5 hrs & they decided to let her sit while someone went on a break! I sat in the parking lot until 7:30pm & picked up our poor stressed out thirsty dog that had not gone to the bathroom all day long.... We wouldn't return to this store if they groomed for FREE! Absolutely unacceptable and unfortunate experience that we paid $125 for!

On Sunday, 06/02/2024, at 2 PM, I dropped off my dog, Phoebe, for a grooming service (wash and trim). Myles B. was her assigned groomer. Upon arrival, he conducted an examination from the tip of her tail to the tip of her nose, and we both agreed that everything looked fine. Between 4 PM and 4:30 PM, my mother picked Phoebe up. Myles then stated that Phoebe had a bump above her left eye.
When Phoebe got home, I checked for the bump. To my disbelief, her entire left eye was bloodshot red, as if blood vessels had burst. I called the grooming manager to express my complaint and dissatisfaction, not only with the service provided but also with the condition in which I received my dog. This store has a Banfield Hospital location, but the option of having her examined was not offered until I demanded it. The manager insisted that Phoebe had arrived in that condition, although she was not on duty that Sunday afternoon.
I treat my dog as if she were my child, and I would have noticed, as would Myles, during the initial examination. Today, Tuesday, 06/04/2024, I took Phoebe to Banfield. The same manager had instructed the receptionist to note that Phoebe’s eye reacted to shampoo. I’ve had shampoo in my eyes before, and it has never caused a burst blood vessel or redness lasting more than 48 hours.
In conclusion, the veterinarian technician claimed Phoebe ruptured her eye from "stress." I am VERY displeased. I can only imagine the pain and trauma she has endured. I am not a veterinarian, but I do not believe she ruptured her eye from "stress," especially since she is 3 years and 5 months old and gets groomed regularly. This situation appears to be a case of negligence.

Worst decision I ever made was sending my Yorkie to pet smart grooming this morning. I made an appointment for an 8am drop off i started calling for an update around 1:30 no one would answer. I kept calling finally got an answer after 2pm only for the manager to be calling me back saying there was a mixup with my pup an another. I made it there to see my dog was cut bald. I SPECIFICALLY told the groomer Akira how he was suppose to be cut showed pictures and I was informed their were previous notes from past grooms. He also was not cut my her he was cut by a male, so what was the purpose of booking with a specific person? HOW DOES A MIXUP LIKE THIS OCCUR ?????? This is Careless work!!!! I cannot recognize my dog. Don’t bring your puppy here obviously there careless a don’t take instructions properly and overbook clients because it shouldn’t take that long if I booked an 8 am my dog was there for nearly 7 hours. WORST EXPERIENCE! The picture is how I asked for my dog to be cut versus how I got him.

I made a grooming appointment at 12;30 for my dog. We got her there a few mins before her appointment time. They proceeded to tell me it could take 2-3 hours! I thought that was a very long time. An hour and a half goes by and they haven't even started on my dog. I asked the girl at the register if she could go check and find out what's taking so long. She came back and told me if I wanted them to start grooming my dog at her appointment time it would cost an extra $15 and I would have had to ask for an express groom. I was very upset. Why make an appointment if your dog is going to sit in the back for 2 hours????? Needless to say when it was all said and done the groomer did do a great job on my dog I just wish they would have explained the express groom for $15 extra because i would have paid it. I ended up paying $106.°° for a 1-hour groom that took 3 hours!!! ❤️Before & after pics below ❤️
