This is the worst Publix I’ve ever step foot in .
I’ve had an issue with someone in the bakery taking my order only for me to find out the day of my event that they don’t have the colors I ordered. Next experience in the Deli waited over 15 mins for sub thinking the 2nd employee was gonna help but she just looked at us . 3rd experience dude in seafood just looked at me like “what the $@!! you want? , never said a word. I was so offended it prompted me to advise anyone in the area! Pass this Publix keep straight to the Kroger , the staff Will acknowledge and respect you at the least .

Publix is really getting bad especially the pharmacy department. Staff talking about you in you're present, prescription sitting waiting on a signature from the pharmacy why staff having personal conversations and then states you're difficult. I left the medicine after that incident. Always can get another pharmacy to fill my prescription. It sad the customer services are getting bad. I love publix, I want tolerate bad customers services.

The vegan sub love is over. This about my 4th attempt at different Publix trying to get a vegan sub. It’s just a no, we don’t have it. There were a few instances where I had to go get the groceries myself to make my sub, annoying. Now it’s just nope. No calling or asking team members to help get back stocked, just a no, sorry. It’s kept me from buying additional items during that visit. Even more annoying bc there’s always a line to wait in just hear, no, sorry. Next
