Shoutout to my G , Kyle ! Our first time being at Rack Room Shoes and they’re so welcoming and being super nice for helping us to find a right size for the shoes that we’re looking for! We were there just for exchange another upper size pairs of shoes for my nephew, then with Kyle’s patience for helping us so we’ve decided to purchase 2 more pairs ! This place always seems to have BOGO 50% off deals. But, they also have increased their selection as well as size availability. The only bad part is if your looking for men’s/kids dress shoes the selection will be limited. But if your looking for some sneakers, boots, or flip flops/sandals for a reasonable price; this is the place for you!

Not enough people in non commission based retail get credit for being good workers and kind hearted people. Not only did Mrs.Sharita help out with my understanding of promo pricing and finding the perfect shoes for my silly child. But when we did run into a hiccup she was quick to fix it after confirming and identifying the error. Not only was the experience rememberable but how helping she and the staff was in general. Customer finest I'll always appreciate and never forget. Thank you all
