“We had an OTR Driver break down in the middle of the night on Christmas Eve, we called Gibb's and Eric immediately answered and upon giving him the information he needed, he made it to our Driver and got the Truck and Trailer back to our yard within the hour that we called. “Denton and John have a repeat customer for life. As a new resident of the area, I searched to find a good mechanic for my Audi.
I read the previous reviews and decided to give it a go. I had to have my truck towed into the shop (because the Battery and Alternator was shot).
Well the Dealership and supplier both failed. One delivery wasn’t the proper one and the second was said to be delivered on Saturday and wasn’t delivered until Tuesday.
Denton and John both kept me informed. I had a trip out of town that I couldn’t cancel. So I ended up renting a vehicle. Not my ideal situation, but it was nothing they could do.
Anyway, they got my baby patched up and running like new.
This review is months overdue,July 2025 (however I just purchased a hooptie with some issues and it’s going straight to them to diagnose and repair. I just realized today that I never wrote the review.

“Excellent service and reassurance. This team of talented experts rebuilt my transmission on short notice, and got it running like a finely tuned clock. Granted, I do not believe my vehicle was the easiest to work on (most of it is nonstock). I followed up a couple of times before a long distance trip towing ~9000lbs (almost gross combined of 18,000lbs) just for reassurance. Each time they had a different mechanic drive with me and verify themselves that shifts were appropriate, and that there were no mechanical concerns related to the transmission and its performance. I really appreciate the attention to detail, their communication, and their excellent customer service. After towing 1300 miles with a heavy load, variable terrain and weather conditions, I did not have any issues with my transmission, and I felt very comfortable with how it performed under load. No leaks, slippages, surges, or skips were experienced. The torque converter locks appropriately. 10/10 I would consider doing business again with them in the future. I wish them continued success in the market.”
