This place is wore out and understaffed. Long lines. Some people just turned around and left. Took at least 30 minutes to mail a package. One person at the counter. The bright spot was the one person working the counter. She was very pleasant, helpful, and efficient.

The line and wait time were long, but Raven, the only clerk serving customers, was very positive and friendly! 5 stars for Raven for her great service!

The lady at the front desk is A1. She the only one at the desk and always keeps the line going. It great feeling coming in here.
