“Yall, if you are looking for someone that will treat you like family this is the shop that you need to put in your contact list! I am a very cautious driver especially with deer. If you think for a second, it will not happen to you it certainly will!!!!! When I tell you these folks are amazing, they are beyond that!!! I hit a deer Nov.1, and I got my car back on Christmas Eve. Not only did they make my car look brand new, but they fixed things that were not damaged by the deer at no charge to me or my insurance company. this being probably a thousand dollars or more) All the times we called, and it was a lot they gave us answers to all of our questions and if they didn't know the answers, they figured it out and got back to us within the hour. We are so lucky to have used this company and will ALWAYS use them in the future. Thank y'all so much for treating us so kind in our time of need!”

“I was traveling back from vacation when my new to me 2016 F150 decided to malfunction and shut down. When I was able to get it to drive a short distance I made it to the O’Reilly Auto Parts store located at 1010 East 16th Street in Cordele,GA. I requested for my truck to be hooked up to see what the deal was and I am pretty sure the guy’s name was Brandon came straight out and attempted to assist me. When we realized what the code was and googled the issue we decided not to go any further. After calling my roadside service from both my insurance company and warranty company and getting nowhere, Brandon remained very friendly and helpful and sold me a battery just in case I had more issues with the PCM on my way home (5 hours away) so I wanted to take the time to acknowledge his dedication for taking care of a customer who was just simply a customer in a bad situation with a not so good attitude at the time. I really appreciate his dedication to serving and trying to assist my family and I in this difficult situation.”

“We were driving from Central Florida to central Illinois, and had a vibration in the front of our car stopped there to have them look at it. Doc, the head of services dept, gave us a quick diagnosis. We needed four new tires. He explained how he could tell. They had us back on the road in a few hours everybody that worked there was great. gave us a car to go pick up some food. We even got to bring our two little dogs inside and there was a table we could sit at and eat. Thanks Sunbelt!”

“I was driving home to Florida from Georgia when I got a nail in my tire. After multiple stops at other auto shops, I was finally recommended to the Auto Care Center at the Walmart in Cordele, GA—and I’m so glad I was. Johnny and Scott truly saved the day. They helped me patch my tire quickly and professionally, and it held all the way home. Without their help, I definitely wouldn’t have made it back that night. I’m beyond grateful—thank you both so much!”
