“We were traveling from Buffalo, NY to Crystal River, FL to try to beat Hurricane Milton in order to secure our home. Our RV had a flat tire and roadside assistance was hours out. We found and called CTS and reached Chandler Jones. He said if we could get there, he could certainly help us and get us on our way. We put air in the tire and drove to CTS. They were true to their word and took care of us right away. Many thanks and kudos to CTS. Highly recommend.”

“Cannot recommend these guys enough. We were on our way to Gatlinburg from South Florida when issues arose. I have a Lexus LS and everything on it is electric, the power steering, the brakes, etc. I can tell you without a doubt the car DOES NOT like when the alternator fails. So there we are late on a Friday afternoon with a broken car 500 miles from home without reaching our destination, and I thought well this is trouble. Called Big Bandey and they gave me a price over the phone, and sent one of their guys on a long drive to get the specific alternator our car requires. 45 minutes one way was the closest one. Including that trip they had us on the road again in less than 4 hours, at a price that would have beat any of my local guys by a couple hundred dollars. The most amazing thing? They offered that kind of excellent effort, service and pricing KNOWING we were in a bind and could have charged me pretty much whatever they wanted. I wish BBAR was in my hometown, I guess they will always have to be those legends that came through and saved a family road trip! Thank you guys so much!”
“This place is freaking amazing! We had truck issues late on a Saturday night. We were driving through on our way to a cruise. The cashier at Loves called them to come tow us. They dropped us off at the hotel. We left the truck in Cordele, and made our way to the cruise. We called them Tuesday from the ship and they ALREADY had the truck fixed! They worked with us so we could pick the truck up Saturday after the cruise even though they were closed. The repair was less than the tow! Amazing service and repair. Couldn't be happier! Got us back to Ohio safe and sound!”
“My recent visit was my second one. I love that they get me in and out. Plus I don’t have to leave my car. When I pulled into the bay this last visit, the gentleman told me to hurry and turn off my engine. Apparently I didn’t have any fluid in the radiator. He didn’t hesitate to take care of that for me with no additional charge. I’ll definitely continue to use them.”

He answered quickly and thought he'd have the part(s) I might need. They had exactly what I needed and let me use their parking lot to replace the items and he sold them at a reasonable and fair price.

“We had a tire going flat going down the highway on our way back to Florida, and pulled off and ended up at this location of Mavis tires. The Staff was so kind and helpful! They got us right in and put our spare tire on for us. Can’t say enough great things about this location and their staff.”
