“Jonathan is always professional, patient, and polite to all the customers. Many times I have my mother who is a senior citizens. I ask her to have her card ready when we get to the check out. She does not always have it ready though. Jonathan never rush us. He's the sane with other customers. Just yesterday, there was a man with an oxygen tank. We were behind him. The man was paying in cash. He misheard the amount that was owed for his purchase and Jonathan nicely restated. As the man was trying to get the correct change, he went in different pockets and then dropped some of his money. Jonathan did not rush him or become inpatient. He still had a smile on his face and a very welcoming tone of voice. This happened even as we all watched the line grow. I try to check out with Jonathan ever time I'm there with my mother because of this care! Thanks Jonathan!”
