“I came into this tmobile hoping to replace a lost Hotspot, I would have to wait for it to be shipped or buy a new one which would be a much needed upgrade. The employees there today were super helpful, Ivan asked I'm guessing the shift manager questions about my situation and while one woman called a thw Warner Robin's location to see if they had my device in stock the other woman was suggestion their home internet. I have been with TMobile since 2014 and I have been told by many friends and loved ones to change my carrier because my bill is just a little higher than theirs, but in life you get what you pay for and I don't mind paying a couple dollars more for the service Tmobile provides me for my personal life and business life. The employees of this Tmobile Location were all excellent in helping my husband and I solve a problem. Thank you all so much!!!!”
