Westley was unbelievably helpful! It took awhile to get my issues sorted out (no fault of his), and Westley helped me throughout the entire process.
I live in Macon, and I’ve typically dealt with AT&T stores up there. I can honestly say this was the best customer service experience ever at a phone company store. AT&T, make sure to keep Westley around, he’s a great asset to your company!
