Metro by T-Mobile provides great and fabulous customer service. Staff at the stores, including in Cordele, Georgia, go above and beyond to help. They are kind, patient, very efficient, and professional in their work. Employees work really hard to resolve major issues with equipment and service, helping customers get the phones they need and transfer numbers. They represent true customer service, with all interactions described as extremely excellent. Customers report being very happy and state they will always go to the store for their needs.
