She made upgrading to a new phone simple and quicker and replacing damaged phone a pleasant simple experience. Knowledgeable and amazing customer service skills were and the person was extremely sweetest most helpful and willing to go above and beyond. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. The lady I spoke to when asking about phone-upgrade prices was very helpful and answered all my questions. When I asked about specs for the Samsung A14, she was able to answer everything I asked and gave me a better understanding of what I needed in my next upgrade.
