“Myranda R is the most patient and knowledgeable employee!!! She literally spent hours helping me with my new phone. Her patience is truly amazing. She has helped me now with two phones for me and one for my husband. Not being very technologically savvy, that was no easy task. To have an employee like Myranda makes T-Mobile look good. I can’t imagine switching carriers because it would mean I’d lose her help. I hope that her efforts get the recognition that she deserves. She is the best! She is a once in a lifetime employee. She took the time to listen to what was going on with my phone, was incredibly kind and patient, and had my issue fixed in less than 10 minutes. She never made me feel rushed or pressured to spend money on a new device—she simply wanted to help.
