“I drove up right as they were opening. Gentleman came out to greet me, drove in and Ben took my information . He was very truthful and recommended I use the 100% synthetic oil because of the high mileage. Ben also said I had two recalls with my manufacturer. After the oil change and cabin air filter replacement, all was good to go. I appreciate good customer service in a world that most companies have forgotten how to treat their customers.”
