Truist provides good customer service with nice and professional employees who handle banking needs quickly and efficiently. Many customers report having no problems with the bank itself and find the service to be great, with specific staff members noted for being awesome and doing their best to help. However, significant issues are noted with the location's logistics. The parking lot is described as a disaster with a difficult one-way entrance and exit, often causing delays when leaving. The drive-up teller line is also very slow, leaving customers stuck, and the overall wait times inside can be so long that some people leave without being helped.
Always slow and not enough tellers. Right now there are 8 people in line with 1 teller for the inside and 1 for the drive thru! Absolutely unacceptable!!!!

These ladies made no flaws in serving a customer 👌 they made sure to handle me as a non customer professionally and was sure to help me quickly and efficiently with my banking needs .
