Always slow and not enough tellers. Right now there are 8 people in line with 1 teller for the inside and 1 for the drive thru! Absolutely unacceptable!!!!

NOT THE BANK FOR SENIORS - Management and staff are taking advantage of senior citizens. BEWARE - check up on your parents. The fees are ridiculous and very poor customer service.

Tried to open a new account. Office is so FULL of people and every chair full. Two people working on new accounts etc and only two running transactions as well. After 20mins one of the new accounts people just decided that the room full of customers didn’t matter she had to go to lunch. I won’t be opening an account with Truist. Oh and the parking lot is so backwards I waited 10 mins to get out because of the drive thru line blocking the parking spaces. WORST BANK EXPERIENCE EVER

Prital needs lessons in customer service
Super rude for no reason.
She called me up and made me stand there while she and another associate discussed family stuff I was shocked by the carelessness. Will not be returning.

my debit card got stolen years ago! they blocked it and gave me a new one, you would think is was the end of it, nope!
on 6/27/2023 someone used the card ,and charged $$$ at Urban air /a trampoline park in GA not even a text alert was done , I called the fraud line it was a complete mess with foreigners, went to the bank and they could not explained why the heck a card that was supposed to be destroyed, blocked ,gone, would be used and money withdrawn, do you know what they said? even though cards are blocked when they are stolen they are still link to the account! meaning security is a joke!. took my business somewhere else. Security is a high risk with this bank/after they change from BBt to Truist.
