“I've been renting for over 25 years from Enterprise and have never been disappointed. I already knew that when dealing with the stand alone locations there is always a chance that they will not have enough inventory for the demand. I had to wait a few hrs beyond my reservation time but I was ok with it since I was not on a time crunch. Lauren made it a pleasant experience because despite ask the chaos with customers complaining she still managed to stay calm and professional. I definitely don't blame the employees... it's a corporate issue for sure. My only suggestion is that enterprise upgrade there system and also make sure that these locations that are getting slammed have the ample amount of inventory at all times. That would solve the issue.”

“Great customer service from Craig! He handled my rental and a few others while I was waiting in the office, with amazing energy and complete diligence! I had few hiccups with my card hold due to fraud alerts but Craig remained calm and assured me that these things happen all the time but kept the energy cool and calm the entire time! I appreciated his pleasant tone and cool attitude! The truck we rented for a family trip to Tennessee was a smooth ride with the feel of luxury due to the interior being leather and fully loaded!
