I don't usually use this pharmacy, but it was the only place that had my prescription in stock. The drive thru was backed up so it took a little longer to pick up my prescription, but the pharmacist seems very knowledgeable so I will probably use them more.

I’m upset that Samuel from the pharmacy didn’t want to do his job, so if something happens to my kids because AGAIN SAMUEL didn’t want to do his job it would be your fault for not filling my babies asthma meds and had a blunt attitude. First at this CVS never again!

Every CVS Store, I’ve been to have offered great service and quality merchandise. The very few times something was not in stock someone made a note of it and gave me a date of when it will be in stock which is usually no more than three days if not the very next day. I’m always greeted at the door, and when I visit the pharmacy, even though there is usually a line, it moves fairly quickly, because the pharmacist or the associate takes the time out to make sure you are getting the right prescription but you know to properly administer it.

Not only is the pharmacy inadequate on information provided, they are very short staffed making it very difficult to get scripts in a timely manner. The wait time on a phone call is no less than 30 minutes. Then you are provided incorrect information on how to get a script pulled from another pharmacy. Making something that should have been a 1 or maybe 2 issue turn into a 3+ day issue to get the medication. CVS as a company itself should make the process easier. Also the app is not good when you need to do this. Ridiculous. It made more work for everyone involved. For one prescription. Causing frustration that did not need to be caused. NOT HAPPY. Unfortunately I have no option of a different pharmacy because of insurance…

Customer service at it's worst. I know people go here because it's 24hrs but I would be waiting for Walmart Pharmacy for here on out.

Long lines, always a wait. Hire more people or better utilize what you have. I hate going to this CVS.

The heavyset woman at the pharmacy window did not even greet me and gave me constant attitude as she questioned why I was there like I was bothering her. Then she put my medication on blast yelling that it can’t be refilled 3x’s, I am extremely upset with her customer service and recommend that she change professions. People like her, are why the ratings are so low here.

I was stopping at this cvs on the way to my job and they had amazing customer service and they helped me find the things i needed when in a rush to get to work!! Absolutely love this cvs and will be going back !

I went this morning to ask a question about a prescription that was pending and I had a question about ozempic that I had picked up the day or so prior. The cashier wasn't really friendly. When I explained that my rx for a blood sugar meter and or the lancets and strips was out of stock, and I wanted to know should I wait or call my Dr to get a new prescription for something else, she immediately said to call my Dr, without even looking at my account. I told her that it depended on when they would have the meter in. She said next Tuesday. Without looking up anything. I then asked her what time of day would be best to use the ozempic. She said to read my instructions. I had already read them and didn't see that info. But I came home and looked again. Nope, not on there so I googled for the info. I think I'll just transfer my prescriptions.

Generally get fair service at the walk up window, however, don't try to call and talk to someone in the pharmacy. We had a prescription sent in by the doctor early Saturday morning. When we went to pick it up, we were told it was out of stock and would be available Monday. We've triedmultiple times to get through to verify it's in (we live about 15 miles out of town). After being on hold for 45 minutes, someone finally picked up and we were immediately cut off.With the number of bad reviews you'd think they would do something, but they obviously ignore these reviews

Had an emergency and had to visit the urgent care. My regular pharmacy was closed and I was referred to this CVS pharmacy. The pharmacist was rude and didn’t care, even though I told her that I was experiencing severe pain and had a temperature, she told me my wait time was 2 hours and she was all alone and have to enter the prescriptions from outside pharmacy since this was the only pharmacy that was open 24 hrs. I try to appeal to her empathetic side, letting her know that I was in a lot of pain and running a fever, she said she don’t care, the wait was still two hours. I will never come back to this pharmacy

The worst CVS I've been to, unprofessional and careless! I called waiting a lengthy amount of time, to walk in the CVS to see two staff doing absolutely nothing and right next to the phone! Could have saved myself a 25 min drive if they would have answered! Because they were out of the medication I needed, after giving me to different pick up time via text. Do not recommend this place at all unless you fine with being treated terribly and waiting hours for service Overall: GHETTO!

This CVS is consistently understaffed. I have 3 sick children and needed to pick up their medications. They originally estimated the time for it to be ready as just before 9pm. I requested that if it were possible for it to be done early I would prefer to pick it up earlier. Within ten minutes the time jumped to it not being done until 11pm. This is not a one off situation, more times than I wish to admit, I call the doctor and ask them to send it to a different pharmacy.

The staff was very nice, my order took 20 minutes because I had just come from the urgent care for my daughter. I just moved to this area and I have no complaints about the pharmacy or the store staff.
