“I was hit with the task of putting together my custom bathroom and shower and I met with Elizabeth, a designer at Floor & Decor, in Conyers. When I walked through the store I was in a state of panic because there's so much beautiful stuff to choose from. Elizabeth made the process less stressful and even fun and before I heard the store announcement, "Thanks for visiting Floor & Decor, the store will be closing in..." my selection was complete. Elizabeth had so much patience with me in helping to design my bathroom based on the descriptions that I gave her. I truly wish more professionals exhibited her style and level of professionalism and customer service. Now, I do know one thing and that is, I will be a Floor & Decor customer for a long time and I will refer this location to others. Thanks Elizabeth. I appreciate your service!!”
