I’m seeing some unfavorable reviews here, but I truly feel the employees are more than willing to do what they can for customers. In a world where customer service is not a priority, show these people some grace, they are good people.

The 278 Kroger in Covington is really horable, i keep shopping there but dont know why, the store is dirty, shelves are always empty and the excuse is waiting on the truck to come in with the delivery
