“I had a customer service issue, but the manager resolved it promptly. Because of the manager’s speedy response, I must give a five star review. The woman in the paint department saw me looking for assistance and acted as if she was too busy to help me. She never once asked me if I needed assistance, although I smiled at her and waved for help. She seemed annoyed that I was in her section, and it was clear that she was not eager to help. After about 10 minutes, the lady came to tell me she was noticing anymore paint tonight and that she was going home. I was shocked that she had seen me in the department trying to get her attention, just to tell me she would not be mixing anymore paint. The manager, Omar, spotted me and asked me if I needed assistance. I told him about my experience with the older woman, and he stopped what he was doing to mix my paint. He apologized for the woman’s behavior, and discounted my items. If I had not run into Omar, the Home Depot in Covington would have missed out on a sale yesterday.”
