You cannot get help after hours and it's soooo annoying...then how is a bank closed all weekend???? I hate it, customer service is terrible when the store isn't open.

In last ten years ? this new location was the beginning of the end...they want to keep up in ways that only serve them. They have the most complicated systems nothing is easy or EFFICIENT IM CONFUSED HOW $200 OF ZELL DISAPPEAR AND CAN NOT BE RETRIEVE AND THEY ARE NOT UPDATED OR HELPFUL

Pinnacle Bank of Georgia still offers that “small town” banking feeling. Very nice people who remember your name and are eager to help you in any way. They offer the same services as the big banks without hassles and at lower costs. If the Andy Griffith show was around today, this would be the bank in the show.

The Customer Service is awful, and I feel because of my color and the way I was dressed they didn't think to acknowledge me. All I needed was another card bc my bank card was compromised due to fraud. I will NEVER come to this bank again. Although, Erika Hughes was very helpful and polite.

the outdated log in issues have been a major problem for me (since day one 2012-2021) as a busy parent with smart phones always locking in my passwords...thsi site makes it impossible IMPOSSIBLE NO OPTIONS NO PLAN B to see your banking infor this is a HORRIBLE FACTOR when the bank is ALSO CLOSED 2 out of 7 days a week- they are fine, but they IGNORE THE NEED TO IMPROVE

Finally an honest and helpful Bank. Very Friendly People. Anything at all suspicious in your account and they are on the phone to you in person checking with you about it. The last three banks I'd cannot be talked about except using four-letter words. Yuk! Loooooove my local Pinnacle. But do wish they had branches ALL over the United States, sigh. tHAT is their only flaw!
