“So I had a tire that was leaking on my car and my warning light came on as I was coming down I20 today. It was almost 5:30 so I jumped off the interstate and went to the first tire shop I seen. They wouldn’t even take a look at my car because it was almost closing time. I got back in my car and went straight up 278 to Southern Tire and 2 of the nicest men were willing to help me. Leon went out and jacked my car up took my tire off took it into the shop and fixed my tire. As he was putting my tire back on I told Doug to let me go get my wallet so I could pay and he told me not to worry about it and drive safe. The world needs more kindness like this. Thank you both. “I was in and out! Keith is such a wonderful guy to work with. I was worried when I pulled up and seen the shop was very busy even tho I made my appointment online. He said they were very busy and short staffed and it would a little bit of a wait. That was fine with me, I got off of work early and I wasn’t in a rush! But Keith got me in and out within 30 minutes of me being there despite the circumstances! I will be back and I highly recommend this location to anyone. The front desk lady was also very kind and even offered me an ice cold water bottle! #ForeverACustomer!”

“5 stars for having trailer tires in stock and being cool. I was greeted upon walking in and they told me to bring trailer back and I’ll be situated. Sure enough i was in and out in 10-20 minutes. No other tire shop in Covington had 5 star business. I really dislike Covington being from FL it’s a very stereotypical city. I felt at home here. I won’t spend my money no where else and anybody i know I’ll recommend this place. I appreciate it .”
