I have no idea why this location would ever be listed as a location for pickup of a package, because its not accessible to the general public. You literally can not gain access to the building to even speak to someone. They also don't answer the listed phone number.......ever smh

This is the worst place ever there employee that delivers to Fairview estates have been holding my mail. I can see what comes everyday she’s writing return to sender after, I paid for an address change. She holding the mail because I put people mail that do not live in my house in my box, her lazy self won’t take the mail. So I started putting it in the out going mail and wrote return to sender. she left a note in my box telling me not to do that and told me she contact the HOA. I seen her asked her where to put the out going mail she said I don’t know throw it away. Why would I throw people mail away. I was waiting on my son new health insurance card to arrive because he is sick to take him to the doctor. Card never came but if something happens to my son I will sue the post office. There employee needs to be fired everyone is complaining about her. I had a package that came around November December my aunt did a two day mail she held the package until after Christmas. Then when it arrived I seen on the camera where she threw it and it hit the door hard. She needs to be fired I’m going to keep calling corporate .. something needs to be done immediately. I paid for the box $29 dollars nobody mail should not come to my box. She needs to do her job and deliver the mail and pick it up.

None of my packages are making it to me. Everything is now being marked “undeliverable”. No note is being left on my door to say that they came by or anything. I’ll be at home ALL day waiting on my package that nobody ever delivered. Forget filing a complaint, because nobody ever gets back to you. I feel like USPS workers are keeping our packages and marking them delivered. Time to put body cams and surveillance in the trucks. $1000 of things missing. Then you have to jump through hoops to get your funds return and wait weeks to get money they took in minutes. Covington USPS needs help bad

I dont understand what's so hard about picking up a package when you're already delivering the mail! I made a pick up request for 2 packages for 5/13. I wake up at 830 in the morning and see and email saying those packages were picked up. Not even that says that 4 packages were picked up even though I had 2. That email was sent at 530 in the morning. My mail carrier definitely doesn't get around here till later anywhere from 1 to 4pm. I made a complaint saying telling them the situation. I got a phone call while I was working and said I'd recieve a call from the local post office. I never did. Then later the same day it I got another email stating that the issue was resolved and that my packages would be picked up. One why would you mark it resolved if they haven't been picked up yet. And two...no one ever showed up to pick them up so I tried again and I made a new request for today 5/14...only this time I put that they had to knock and ring the bell. Its 450 in the afternoon and no one has come. I have a ring camera so I know when someone comes to my door. I'm so frustrated. Like, guys at the post office....what are yall getting paid for? Giving me junk mail? Is it really that complicated? Idk but this isn't the first issue I've had since living in this house. Before In a different town I never had a problem with pick ups and I used to run a small business so I did it often. What is your excuse? Looking at all these negative reviews you'd think you would want to fix the problems. DO BETTER!!

Upon Seeing all the negative reviews here I thought I might be lucky enough not to experience same or they might have improved. I was expecting lots of packages lately and they were coming in pieces with different tracking numbers. They'll market a package as delivered in the mailbox but you can't find it and after filling a complaint I'll later get it delivered, so lately I have lost 5 to 6 packages which they marked deliver to the mailbox and when they call you after filling a complain they'll tell you it was marked delivered at the front of your house and that means it was delivered to the front door, but nothing was actually left in the front door. So my thinking is I believe there are some of their drivers who do this, they pull up to the front of your house and scan the package delivered and then keep going🤔 (or are they keeping some packages to themselves or stealing people's packages?). Because I don't understand why you said you delivered a package to a resident mailbox that only the box user has the key to receive it but still you can't find the package in the box, and they don't ever make a mistake to put mails in the right mailbox, but when it comes to packages then there is a problem. The delivery drivers needs to be checked for possible wrong doings on people's packages or make them do better please. It's very frustrating

Stop opening packages. It is none of your business and your job that the tax payers pay for is to get our mail from A to B. I wish they allowed 0 stars because not only have you turkeys been late, but you’re violating federal policy.
