Had a great experience with 2 ladies there. They was the first 2 office when you come in the front door on the right hand side, them 2 ladies was fast about what I needed done. Thank you so much for making it easy for me to do the business I needed to do.

We have a checking account at this bank, and one at regions. We are about to close our account here and just use regions. I've never had so many issues and people stealing my money ever at any bank as much as this one. Then sometimes they don't give it back after it's been stolen. Total customer diss

Only gave 1 star because 0 isn’t an option. We showed up at 4:30 to open an account. Their hours say 5pm but the associate let me know that they don’t actually do any work after 4pm and that we would have to come another day. I know how many times I’ve had to stay late at work in my life and my husband as well because we are wrapping up with a customer in the customer service business. Poor service and false advertising. Need to change the hours on the website and the door if you don’t actually serve people after 4pm. Literally not one other customer in the entire bank. 5+ employees sitting around straightening their pens and whatnot. I’m sure a higher up would be interested to know that my money was turned away during business hours.

I always have issues at this branch. Under staffed, can be rude and very unhelpful. I will try to never come to this location again. It use to be good.

Absolutely awful service. Under-informed and non-helpful staff, crawling with roaches that staff step on and don’t pick up, employees make no attempt at advising or assisting with situations, and every employee has to refer to a higher-up for guidance on the most minute of issues due to the lack of education so common throughout this branch. Go to the Monroe location. I’m severely disappointed with the time I wasted and lack of respect or help I received.

I will never make an account with wells fargo again. They let fraud happen to my account and still trying to blame me for it. I think i will be filling a lawsuit against them. The same day i reported my card lost they let a fake check go into my account and now trying to put on my record I do fraud.

Why do they have " costumer service " when no one can help you. They are holding my money because they can’t find the account from which the check came from. I did the home work for them and found out that the funds where already in Wells Fargo possession and they still won’t give me my money. Oh by the way it’s not a one or two day hold. It is for 10 days.
