Very kind and alert to satisfy our needs .Associates were friendly & very apt at their job. Terasita ( not sure of spelling) was very helpful with the changing of address to our account. Everything went smoothly in a short manner of time. Previously, Jasmine helped us with our account as well. Nice atmosphere at the bank.
