The repair was done quickly and I as the owner of the car was kept up-to-date via telephone or text as to the status of the car and when it was going to be finished. I really like that the Customer Service exceeded beyond any other repair shops that I’ve been to. I never once had to call in question when my car was going to be fixed. The repair was done quickly and satisfactorily and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back there if I had any repair or work to be done and not a result of a car accident.”

“I recently used Hamby's Towing services last Friday as my dad's vehicle broke down while I was driving it to my next destination from the bank. I had used a different towing service through state farm but had to pay as state farm made a mistake informing me that I wasn't covered. I paid for Hamby's fee willingly because they picked me up within 20 mins versus the one state farm recommended. The guy that picked me up [can't remember his name] was very nice, courteous, and let me ride to the shop I was needing to take it too. He listened to all my problems I had encountered recently & even made sure the air was blasting as I was sweating after awhile waiting outside. He also wished me good luck in the future and hoped everything else worked out for me.

However the nicest young man named Cody assured us he could help. It took him a little more time than an easy replacement but he helped with a smile.
