“I wish I could give D & I TEN stars! They could not have done a better job getting my dream truck back to PERFECT after it was broken into. They’re friendly and personable, communicated clearly, made everything as easy as it could have been and the quality of their work is AMAZING! How long did it take? I dropped my truck off on Monday and it was ready to be picked up 4 days later on Thursday afternoon! This was a shock because I planned on having to wait a while for them to get some hard-to-find parts. They also did a fantastic job on my window tint that needed to be replaced, making sure that both windows matched perfectly. There is a really good reason that this shop is in the top 3 of the most highly rated shops in Atlanta. In fact, their customer service put the other “most highly rated shops” to shame. D & I is also a local business and not part of some national chain. This means owners who are present, hands on and personally stand behind the excellent work they do.I can tell you this, NO ONE will ever touch any vehicle I own if I need paint, bodywork, glass repair, wheel repair, window tinting, vehicle wraps, stereo/speakers or custom body parts installed. If anyone I know ever has a vehicle that needs some love, I will make sure they take it to the experts at D & I. I really wish that I had gotten them to replace my broken window because dealing with_____________ (rhymes with Apelight) was a total nightmare. These guys put the satisfaction of their customers FIRST and you will see the difference. To make things even easier, there’s an Enterprise Car rental right next door so dropping off and picking up was a breeze. I honestly can’t see why anyone would give them anything but a 5 star review.Trust D & I with your dream car, you’ll be glad you did.”

“When I leave a review for 5 stars I like to be detail as possible. This was the 3rd collision shop I visit that day. The front desk staff Ronneka and Anthony were amazing and very helpful and polite throughout the entire process. Ronneka was very professional and kept me well informed about my vehicle process. She helped me get the proper documentation that I needed to get my car road ready. Keith I believe was one of the good people that was dealing with my slow a** insurance company. I love good customer service, this is one of the reason I chose to go with this bodyshop I read the pervious reviews on Google. Haan did a great job assessing my vehicle and walked me through the whole process and a gave me a good time frame. The body work was excellent (shout out the the hands that fix my vehicle) my best friend took his vehicle a few weeks ago to anther bodyshop (very common name place) and let’s just say I’m happy I did not go to there ?! Overall, I see why this place have high reviews. I will definitely use this service in the future. Great customer service and Great work!!!! Don’t confuse this place with the place next door, they have similar names be careful!!!!!”

“I was referred to The Retrofit Source by a local friend who has purchased multiple kits from them in the past. I purchased my kit in October of 2020 and it arrived the next business day. Install was very simple and the light output is stellar. Just a few weeks ago I noticed one of the capsules / bulbs would only turn on at random times. Spoke with Christopher and he had an entire new kit to me the next day. Absolutely incredible customer service and their products are top notch. When it's time to upgrade the lighting in my girlfriends car, The Retrofit Source will be the only place I visit! Thanks to all of their employees for a wonderful experience.”

“I ordered a battery on Monday 1/8/2024 through their app. and chose this store for pickup since it was closer to my office. The first thing I noticed , the store was clean and seemed to be well stocked. I waited maybe 3 minutes before a young man offered his assistance. I gave him my name and ordered number. The guy next to him said, "Yes, we have 1 left."The young man (I didn't get his name) came back and said, "I don't see it back there." The older guy, I later found out his Name is "Arshon," walked back and found the Battery. I was checked out, and Mr. Arshon walked me to my car because the battery was heavy. He waited patiently while I fumbled through my purse for my keys! Thank you!!! Great customer service!!! ????”

“I have a 1965 Plymouth Fury that I spend a bunch of money restoring. Then the power brake booster went out after almost 60 years. Parts like that are hard to come by. Try to stop a big car like that without power brakes!Another shop told me BB&K rebuilt power brake boosters. There cannot be too many shops in the US that do this. Anyway, BB&K's guy overhauled my old brake booster to like-new condition so I could put the Plymouth back on the road again. Don't know what I would have done if I had not found BB&K.”

“Dropped by after the gym when my car alerted me that the battery in my key fob needed to be changed for the 4th time. I had looked up videos how to replace the battery but was still nervous about removing the plastic piece w/o damaging the fob. I was immediately helped with I entered the store. The associate showed me which battery size I needed and replaced the battery for me. He researched a tutorial video and took care of the delicate car fob. I was very impressed and happy with the customer services. Highly recommend stopping by this location for anything you may need.”

“I never leave reviews but this place was so amazing. This can be a very stressful process and the team here was very pleasant to work with every step of the way. The communication was fantastic. They emailed, texted and left voicemails about every step to make sure that I was informed as things were progressing. They managed communication with my insurance company so I didn't have be a go-between. And the Enterprise Rental car office is just below their office. Dropping my car off, getting a rental, returning the rental and picking my car up, was a completely seamless process. I will never go anywhere else for body work. If they cost more than another place, the service and convenience is worth the price difference. Oh...and my car looks better than brand new!”
