“I was overwhelmed by the incredible customer service I received when shopping for a new desktop at the Office Max in Cumming. My salesperson, Arlene, didnt try to sell, she listened to what I wanted and made it possible to get everything I needed. She really took care of me. She explained things I didnt know about and guided my choices. She even arranged to have something transferred from another store, which was pretty close to a miracle... magic at the very least! 😀
I have to mention that being elderly, Arlene made me feel like I matter; something no other electronics store has ever bothered to do. I was respected, and I urge any other mature people to go see Arlene for your office needs and see what real customer service is all about. I will continue to spend my money there as long as Arlene works there.”
