“I’m not sure what’s going on with everyone else’s experience but the staff was nothing but kind & efficient! I was in the store for a pickup and it only took about 15 minutes on a Tuesday right at opening (and there were already quite a few people only 5 minutes after open). Both team members who helped me were extremely friendly and talked me through the whole process. The second team member even made sure that I was being helped & stepped in to finish the process while I waiting on the first team member to finish helping another customer.”
