“My husband had a 3:50 service appointment. We came an hour early and was told by a male representative that someone would take us within 15 minutes. 30 minutes later, we checked to see if we could get help. A Hispanic female was so nasty and told us to come back that no one could help us. Her attitude was so negative. BUT, at 3:50 a very nice guy named Pablo greeted us, helped us and fixed our phone issue. He was courteous, friendly and asked if we needed help with anything else. THANK YOU PABLO!!!”

“This Best buy is bigger than any I have ever been in. Lots of choices for anything you can think of. I needed a $200 microwave. They had just what I wanted. But window shopping was fun.
