Jos A. Bank provides fantastic customer service that is amazing, excellent, and top-notch. The staff is extremely friendly, kind, articulate, and efficient, often going above and beyond. They offer great recommendations and knowledge, working with customers to find the right fit. The store is very well kept and wonderful. Prices are incredible, offering great value for suits and outfits. Customers report a fantastic experience, would recommend them, and will not shop for suits anywhere else.
Went into JAB today to buy a suit for our son. Ended up with 2 suits and a pair of shoes. The customer service was AMAZING!!!!! Wesley- was the best!!!!!!!!
