“I was looking for a pair of navy sandals, and my daughter suggested Belks. She lives nearby. I only live a few minutes away, but I don’t usually go in there very often. I have to say I was very impressed with the merchandise and sales! . There was an employee behind the Estee Lauder counter that really helped me , Sarah! She was amazing. She helped me deal with the app and then you can just scan everything on your own. I found so many items I wanted and I decided to open a credit card with her friendly advice and an extra discount. I’m disciplined enough to keep it in control and the benefits there are actually quite impressive! Thank you Sarah! Belks is lucky to have her!!”

Cleanliness and organization can vary depending on the day—some aisles feel neat and easy to navigate, while others look a bit picked over. Customer service is hit or miss; some employees are helpful and friendly, while others seem hard to find when you actually need assistance.
Overall, it’s a solid Walmart for convenience and affordability, but timing your visit right can make a big difference in your experience.”

“Kohl's has nice fashion line for their spring collection, I always try to go shopping there when they have nice sale going or after dropping off my Amazon return items. The store is well maintained, the staffs are pleasant, tons of parking and centrally located in John's Creek shopping area.”
