Lou Sobh Honda has been my dealership for the last 3 cars purchased. In my opinion they are the most honest and reputable dealers I have ever dealt with. Mr Joseph Allen has sold me 2 CRV's by listening to my needs and balancing those with what is available as well as affordable for me. Personally I wouldn't dream of going to a different dealer. Mr. Andrew Fabec, Business Manager, assisted me with the financing and was thoroughly knowledgeable about financing so he was able to review all documents carefully with me. Additionally their Service Department is exceptional. I have always used them and been highly satisfied. I highly recommend Lou Sobh Honda.

Several times I went to Lou Sobh Honda due to either the van was failing to start or I was experiencing low tire pressure in one of my wheels. For the failure to start I was told by their service department that it was due to problems with the battery. Their solution was to replace the battery each time this occurred. In less than two years they had replaced the battery 3 times. And similarly I had at least 3 times in this two year period in which I was experiencing low tire pressure. They told me each time they could not find what was wrong with the tire and simply aired the tire up to correct pressure each time and sent me on my way in which the tire lost pressure again. The result was for me to go back and buy a new tire to replace the old that continued to lose pressure. And so in the end had at least three tires replaced. When I heard that their shop manager had been fired I became concerned about the honesty of my treatment at this Honda and Kia dealership. So facing another losing pressure tire and repeated failure to start battery problem I took my van to a different Kia dealership. As concerning the battery it was discovered that the Lou Sobh Honda had originally installed the wrong size of battery. It was too small to correctly do the job for my Kia van and the new Kia dealership replaced it with a larger size battery. As concerning the low pressure tire for which Lou Sobh Honda dealership could not find the problem the service department at the new Kia dealership brought me back to the repair area to show me a nail that was stuck in the very center spot of the tire and very easy to see. I went back to the Lou Sobh Honda dealership to get a copy of all my service records from that dealership. Upon leaving the dealership notified the management of the dealership that they were fired!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After I tried to book an appointment online, someone was supposed to contact me and never did. I still need an appointment to get my vehicle serviced, should I go somewhere else?

So I made my appointment online and was provided with a quote, but service advisor John G. Decided to charge me by individual services, which drove up the cost. The only way I found out was when he came back with a folded sheet of paper with additional services. Once I saw the pricing I questioned the cost and he shared that the online appointment schedule does not speak to the dealership. How convenient! To not make this story any longer, please see your quote before they begin service, you may save your self hundreds of dollars!Second part, after leaving the dealership my wheels were badly scratched. After question John G and sending an email customer advisor Hagen, I never received a call back! I requested pics, but this Honda dealership does not document their cars prior to service. Only reason for this post is awareness!

We made an appointment with Lou Sobh Honda Cummings GA to test drive a Honda CR V. Once we arrived after driving over an hour the gentleman that we came to see was busy. We were then transferred to Jose. The experience that we had with him was ABSOLUTELY horrible. After our test drive we sat down to do the final numbers. The amount was above of what we wanted to spend. Jose took the paper off the table and stated this is what we are offering. He never offered us to see any other vehicles Plus his attitude was awful. At that point we left then went to Kerzen Honda and purchased our car. They gave us GREAT customer service!** Key note - we were already pre approved from our credit union, so Lou Sobh Honda missed out on a sale due to poor customer service!!!

I just had the most unpleasant experience with Lou Sobh Honda.I shopped them against Mall Of Ga Honda and Mall of Ga was cheaper on the same new vehicle.Lou Sobh did, however, have a used Ridgeline in which I was interested. They wanted a premium and it had paint spilled in the back. The salesman tried to tell me it was compound and would come right out. Not true. I know paint when I see it.I ventured forth and tried to make a deal but they low balled me on my trade to the point of insulting. The salesman actually got irate at me for not being interested in his offer.I would not set foot in this property unless you are prepared be insulted and are forced to deal with the most unprofessional sales staff I've been there displeasure of dealing with.

Some things are expensive some things are cheaper, they have good service overall, and don’t have to make an appointment for an oil change.

Switched to Lou Sobh Honda from another area Honda dealership after being disappointed for lack of value and customer care. Cheron at Lou Sobh is our go-to Service Advisor. I appreciate that their honest about work that really needs to be done, and work that doesn't! I could take it to a general auto service shop, but knowing that its all-Honda parts and trained mechanics makes the difference.

I've always had my Hondas serviced by Lou Sobh. They have been reasonable and reliable.

I'm not a fan. Brought my car for maintenance. The mechanic said everything was fine, and the next morning, my tire was flat. I was stranded on Dawson Forest Road around 6 a.m., trying to find a phone signal on the road. The only signal I could find was calling 911. Thank goodness a Dawsonville cop came to help. Shout out to Dawsonville cops. They are always providing roadside assistance or washing their cars at Bamboo car wash. I like their presence in the community. Makes me feel safe. By the time the cop came, I was able to walk a good mile to a nearby scary looking house and finally found a signal to call my husband. We really need better wifi signals in the Dawsonville area, especially Dawson Forest road, all the sections, to ensure the safety of people who are stranded in the dark, especially women, when our car breaks down. We went back to get the tire fixed, and they charged me $300 for one tire to replace and totally wasted my time. It's not cool to rip off someone from your community. This is why I didn't bother purchasing a car from them in the first place and should have known better.
