“Every single person went above and beyond. From the time loading my car for an out-of-state trip to unloading. U-Haul staff is simply the best. I had multiple changes during scheduling, and every single person was accommodating. Especially my last representative who stayed on the phone until we found another moving company. I think she had to call 8+ people. That is superior customer service.
The gentleman at the first location really helped me when I return to load my car. People don’t understand how stressful move are. The little things made it big and packing my life. I was moving for out-of-state job, just got a new car and home.”

“I had rescheduled the reservation from 7am to 10am. The site called me at 8am before the reservation was cancelled to make sure that I still needed the truck. The reservation in their system had not been updated. This effort of customer support saved me from having to scramble for a truck later in the morning and was extremely appreciated. Thank you!!”
