For me Self pick up process was complicated and time consuming. Why do you need a friends contact info when I’m liable for the payments and everything? Once we provide friends contact info the approval process is time consuming. I had to spend about 30minutes in picking up the truck ?
Drop off was quick and easy because the office staff helped with quick checkout. Thanks”
