I brought my dog in last week. To the banfield, the outcome was not good. I had to put my boy Boss to sleep as I was leaving. Of course. I was very upset the manager, her name is Danielle, Followed me out to my car stood out There gave me the biggest hug that i needed at that time. I ,just want to say thank you for the bottom of my heart for your compassion. A really really appreciated you THANK YOU!

Management needs to handle the girl at the register with the blue hair. I came in just to buy my child a fish, and she argued with me repeatedly, ultimately preventing me from purchasing a fish at all. I will not be returning to this store again after that. I guess she wants to keep the store from making money? Who knows. I won't be going back.

I am Hispanic, I don't speak English and there is no service in Spanish. I think I should have advice in Spanish since there are many people like me and I couldn't make an appointment for my dog.

The grooming experience at this location was disappointing. We paid for the furminator treatment to reduce shedding, but there was no noticeable difference in our dog's coat when we picked him up. He came home and shook off a whole layer of fur. We ended up brushing him and removing a ton of hair ourselves. Waste of money and time. I would choose a local groomer or a different PetSmart location. The associates at the grooming salon were friendly and pleasant, but I wish they did a thorough job.

I like this PetSmart. The staff are friendly. The store is outdated, but well-kept. I enjoy looking for pet supply bargains for our resident animals & foster pets. If a food is within a few months of expiry, they will mark it 50% off. That's where we come in.

I am so happy I took my Nala girl here for training. Britten, our trainer was so intuitive with our puppy and takes her time to focus on every single dog and what they need to work on individually even in a group environment. She is the dog whisperer and has so much knowledge on what is best for your dog to learn and doesn’t hide your dog away from distractions. Our dogs learn to obey us even with the distractions around which I think is super important. You learn 3-4 commands a class. If the dogs aren’t ready to move forward for any reason, she will continue on the same commands until she sees the dog finally starting to get it. All the staff here is great but definitely Britten!! Thank you for all you have done to help Nala!!
