I had a great experience. My deposit was fast. Ashlyn also helped me change my checking account type so I could waive my maintenance fee. I’m saving $60 annually and I have benefits as well. I’m thrilled I came in here. It’s wonderful to have a person help me instead of being on the phone.

Been going to this branch for so many years with nothing but superior customer service coming from Ms Carole Dowden. I vote for her to be on the training module for all Truist and all banks! Well deserved to be a true brand ambassador. Thank you for your service!

Very professional and calm staff. I always find this branch with very decent crowd and in & out of the branch within 15 minutes. Safe deposit availability, drive away banking, in branch access are a few more features which make this branch a bit more reasonable to have account here.
