“I already had been using this branch of United Community Bank for over 26 years. Some of the same friends still work there & always greet me like you would expect your local bank to do. “They are one of the most professional banks, especially the employees. When I tried to call Wells Fargo and Bank of America, they did not pick up their phones. This was on July 5th, the day after the 4th of July. I was expecting the other banks to answer since it is no longer a holiday. In the end, I am glad they didn't. As soon as I called The First Bank, a lovely lady picked up the phone and answered all my questions. I shortly arrived at this bank location, as soon as I arrived I was immediately greeted with a friendly smile from Kristin. Kristin helped my husband and I set up our joint account, and she did it proficiently. She was quick, and provided us with all the information we needed to know. She also made us laugh and put smiles on our faces, since we were already having a rough day trying to get in contact with the other banks. My husband and I, also received our debit cards the same day, before leaving the doors. In the end, we are both satisfied that we decided to go with The First Bank as our option, since we are leaving our old one. Thank you Kristin Thibault for helping us out and making our day!
