“I love Publix because everything is easy to find and there is such a great variety of everything. The baggers also how do you take your groceries to the car if you want.”

“This is my go to grocery store. Some of the prices are a bit higher than competitors but the shopping experience and selection is by far worth it. It’s never crowded like other stores and the employees are always friendly and helpful. Ingles carries a lot of country food like smoked neck bones and hoop cheese that other big name grocers don’t bother with anymore. Support this smaller Southern grocery chain!”

The pharmacist is an incredible human being and so smart and kind. The staff always gets my RXs right and they help me so much with my coupons and discounts when they apply. “Sunday, 09/03/2023 1:35pm: I had the pleasure of waiting in line for Meghan to make my Havana Bold Sub. She and her coworker Mary who was making subs next to her worked very diligently to make every ones' subs. I had been watching Meghan as I waited in line and person after person she greeted them with a smile, and asked how she could help them. It is not easy to keep up the same level of energy and to give everyone that same customer service experience. Meghan is very good at multitasking. She was able to delegate to her team members what was needed in order to make sure the sub line could run efficiently. When it was my turn she greeted me with a smile and was eager to help me. I was able to watch her and Mary next to her create their masterpieces for I and the customer next to me. Although, I was very impressed with their sandwich artistry. I was even more blown away by their top tier customer service even when other customers in line were not very courteous and patient. Roughly five minutes later as I ventured further into the store and I decided to get some sushi. As I picked some out a nice man by the name of Kham (sorry if I misspelled your name) greeted me. He asked me if I wanted him to make me anything and I told him that I was okay. I personally don't want to make employees go out of their way at work but everyone in Publix is always so willing to go above and beyond. He insisted he could make me whatever I wanted him to. I then asked for two poke bowls. He made them very quickly and I could see he took pride in his work by intricately creating the bowls. He even wiped the edges of the bowls like a scene when they're plating the dishes on Chef Gordon Ramsey's Master Chef. He brought the bowls over with a smile and placed them in my hand kart. I thanked him for his hard work as well. While waiting on the Poke balls I was greeted with another friendly smile and conversation by Marquita. She was very friendly as well. I told her that I saw her sweeping the floors and cleaning up behind the lovely ladies making the subs. She wanted to make sure the floor was clean to maintain a clean environment. She was also very concerned with keeping the employees safe by keeping the floors clean. I could tell by the way she swept that floor that she keeps her house just as clean. It was as if she was at home back there. It the gestures of her taking the time to talk to me and to sweep the floor that go along way which shows she cares about the staff. What can I say, I love Publix! People go to Publix for the same reason people go to Chick-fil-A. It's the great food but the even greater customer service you experience while there. Oh yes, my favorite pharmacist was also working today. I don't know her name but I remember her smiling face even over a year later. She's always working hard but never seems to sweat. It is very hard to work in a confined space with other pharmacy techs while wearing a long sleeved white lab coat and staying cool, calm, and collected. She will go down in Publix pharmacy history and be remembered as one of the greatest pharmacist of all time at the Publix at Lanier Commons!”

“Many great find there each week and some consistent good values every week. It's just not a place where you can get all of your groceries every time. Also, they STILL want you to pur a 25-cent security deposit to use a shopping cart. I guess that is a significant amount for people who want to steal a shopping cart.”
