“4th time ordering their cookie cake, this is the best place to get your cookie cake. Better than the famous chain. I ordered it from the famous chain cookie cake place and had multiple times at other parties, their cookie cake always very thin, and if you get the piece closer to the middle, they are usually under baked. But the bakery from this Publix never failed me.”

“I bet I look like such a curmudgeon on these review sites. A less than positive experience tends to be what compels me to write a review of a place I otherwise enjoy. I don’t do these often. If you don’t see anything from me, then everything’s just fine.
I was put off and surprised to the point of laughter by Ross, who was my cashier at the express lane today. All the words he spoke to me were “Hello” at the beginning, and “alright, it went through” at the end. I don’t need cashiers to be Mr. or Ms. Happy Sunshine Chatterboxes, but I was stunned and taken aback by what little I got from Ross today. No “thank you for shopping with us, etc” - just sending me off with “alright, it went through.”
Otherwise, I like the store. Great soup/sandwiches/cookies in the deli (one thing Publix does have over Kroger). It’s close to home and I come here often. Everyone has a bad day or a bad moment. I hope this was one of those for Ross, and that he’s usually friendlier with his customers.”

“Dropped by this Supermercado last weekend. First off, locally made flour tortillas, next freshly made chorizo and Al Pastor marinaded pork from their meat counter, also picked up some Crema de mesa(table cream) from Honduras, and frozen taquenos for snacks. A very nice sized Grocery store with items from Mexico, and many South American countries. A great alternative to big box grocery chains with lots of options to add spice to any home kitchen.”
“Casey helped me. I came for a sandwich. While i waited he made sure i wasnt in line for hot food. Once he finished his task he came to lend a hand with the sandwiches and he was very quick. He went above and beyond to try to get the ingredients i wanted.”

“A few weeks after our wedding, my husband and I are still talking about the incredible service we received from our local Publix! From start to finish, the Bakery and Floral teams went above and beyond to make our special day perfect.
Kimberly in the Bakery was wonderful to work with. From the cake tasting to the final design and delivery, she was professional, confident, and clearly passionate about her craft. Our wedding cake was not only beautiful but absolutely delicious.
On the floral side, Jacob took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and walked us through the entire process. Beverly then brought our vision to life with stunning bouquets and boutonnieres that exceeded our expectations.
What truly set this team apart was their commitment to customer service. When we realized we didn't have enough refrigerated space to store the florals before the wedding, Ren in Customer Service worked behind the scenes to arrange delivery of the flowers with the cake at no additional cost. On delivery day, one item was accidentally left behind, but a quick phone call had it delivered so fast that it barely impacted our day.
The entire team demonstrated exceptional care, professionalism, and attention to detail. We are so grateful for everything they did to help make our wedding day stress-free and beautiful. It's also wonderful to continue shopping there and be greeted by people who genuinely care about their customers. Highly recommend this Publix for any special event!”

“I placed an online order weeks ago for my daughter’s birthday. It was a large order but the store managed to get everything right. Everything except my order of chicken. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes to get the chicken in the middle of my daughter’s party. I was very annoyed about that and it seemed at first nobody helped me. But this young man named Justin was God sent. He calmed me down and assured me the chicken will be done soon. His customer service skills displayed empathy and compassion as well as kindness. I was so frantic throughout the day but he was a calming spirit and I appreciated him so much for it. Justin please continue that customer service and helping spirit.”

“They made a mistake with their gas which was out of their control. They could have handled it a lot of ways but what they did was the right thing. They owned the mistake, they owned the issue and they absolutely took ownership of the issue. The owner of this establishment is a class act and is what we should all hope for in this world. He was a apologetic and wanted to make it right. I will be taking my business there because I know they care about their customers and care about what is the right thing to do. “Another local Mexican grocery store which I bumped into when I was driving by in the neighborhood. What surprised me is there's a kitchen in there where you can buy the authentic street style tacos and they are cheap. Different types of meats are available but I like the one which are already marinaded.The vegetables aren't really fresh on the day I went buy but they're not bad but I bought is because I wanted to support them local business.Staff were friendly.Overall good experience.”
