“Exceptional selection of product at good prices. Well organized and clean store. Terrible customer service. Not rude, just apathetic. What should be an incredible experience, leaves an acidic taste. It takes zero effort to greet a customer, ask if they need any assistance, did they find what they were looking or make a secondary sale (do you need snips, glue, etc). Do better”

“We are frequent visitors of Wheezy's and we have had a pleasant experience each time. At Christmas, an employee went above and beyond to help me keep a surprise from my daughter. At Easter, I purchased a few toys from here to add to baskets and they told me I could bring in the entire basket and they'd wrap it for me. Customer service is always above and beyond. They graciously let my kids peruse before our music lessons, even though I'm very clear we aren't buying anything. They have so many things that can't be found in big box stores. I always come for gifts as well. I'm so glad we have this gem of a toy store so close to us.”
