“This is the best anime store in GA that I have been to. I’ve been to a lot of anime stores and I like this one, even though it is a little far from home. The prices can be a bit high, but these are niche and hobby items. These are my favorite figures and items from this shop! Also it’s a great place to go for good service and good selection for gifts.I will be back in a few months or soon if there’s a sale! Hopefully they will add Mushoku Tensei items since I cannot find those anywhere!!! Even though it’s popular.”

“For me, Dokimeki is THE reason to come to the Northpoint Mall. It has become my go-to spot for gifts and for things to make my bed a little more cute. When you walk in, the first thing you'll notice are all of the stuffed animals stacked on top of each other. When it comes to stuffed animals, there is so much variety. There are large ones, small ones, fluffy ones, less fuzzy ones, pigs, breads, Pusheens, you name it! I've been coming to Dokimeki to get my girlfriend gifts, and she loves everything. I bought her a stuffed animal panda, and a bee and they have been an absolute hit with her. Sometimes, I just want to steal them for myself! The rest of the store is very Asian themed, with Japanese anime merchandise, kpop gear and even some Chinese trinkets. There really will be something for everyone. The vibe of the store is always lively, with Japanese music typically playing in the background and friendly employees. As long as Dokimeki exists, I'll always have a reason to visit Northpoint Mall. Just be careful when you visit, it's extremely tough to leave empty handed!”

“So I have been collecting Funko Pops with my son since 2020. The staff have been teaching me how to collect. So even though they sell at market value I have seen an increase in the pops I purchased that they advised me on. Scott is a seasoned collector since “wacky wobblers”. There has been times where I wanted a certain Disney pop or pop icon and he would tell me “no don’t get that one” and he’ll find me an alternative. He has been very honest with me and my son on this journey. Once you explain what you’re collecting, he will guide you. My nephew collects anime and the ones Scott suggested have all increased in value as well. He always advised us to have fun with collecting as well. He knows we love it but we are “investing” so he truly has helped us get there. He has made our collecting fun.”
“It was like walking into a lego lovers heaven. Right before you entered there were beautiful lego sets built and you walked in and sets were everywhere. The staff were super nice and helpful.”
