Went to replace iphone 16 pro max after speaking to customer service representative(CSR), which they mentioned any store would gladly replace the color. Carlos the manager said not possible right away, told him the customer service says the store can replace, he would not listen. Called customer service again, they told to go different store in Lawrenceville to replace, told CSR cannot run around, CSR wanted to talk to Cumming Store manager, Carlos was so arrogant to avoid the CSR call, keeps walking around and abscond by going inside for more than 30 minutes. Another store Suwanee Verizon manager called, they said they can do it and so Cumming location can also do it, even after Suwanee Verizon manager talked to him, he would not listen. Carlos is very arrogant and has such a unprofessional behavior to ignore the customer, another store manager advice and the Verizon CSR. Want Verizon to note how annoying this can be to customer for such unprofessional manager.

It is not sounds like we missed the mark, Carlos was intentionally to not help & ignore.
Believe everyone (CSR, Carlos and Suwanee Store manager) should be on the same page, it is not my job or time to put up this utter nonsense.

Went in to get exchange the color of my phone which was shipped to me and Anthony was extremely rude and stated “he can’t return it, the phone has to be returned online” and walked away. After I’ve already called customer service and they told me that I could exchange it at a corporate location. Drove down to a different Verizon and they told me that they are an authorized retailer and the phone has to get returned to corporate. Associate called the store and Anthony responded with “I’m busy doing an application right now, I don’t know what you’re talking about. Have a good day” … he is extremely rude and unprofessional. Do not recommend this location AT ALL and if we weren’t with Verizon for so long I would just return the phone as a whole and switch to a different carrier. Very dissatisfying.

Went in to fix a complicated situation with an old account in my name and I thankfully got William as my rep to help make sure that everything was fully worked out with the Customer Service line. He was diligent and very determined to make things right as much as possible for the difficult circumstances involved. So thankful for his help with solving a big problem and making my life a bit easier!

Came with my company’s work phone, it was in SOS mode. SIM card needed replacement. My support member was very efficient and helpful. From start to finish I was out of the Verizon store in 15 minutes with my phone working again.

They said we had a lifetime warranty on the screen savers but won’t honor that. They refused to replace our screen savers. Extremely poor customer service!!!

If you are already a Verizon customer and have problems with your phone or with your plan, the stores no longer help with anything. My phone has was disconnected by Verizon while they were trying to transfer my number from an old business account to a new business account. The new plan was sold to me and 2.5 hours later, as we were finalizing the new account to setup a new phone on it, I was told that they're going to bill me 50% more under a personal plan for the first 30 days and only then could they transfer me to the new business plan we had discussed hours earlier. No offer to rebate the difference of the 50% increase cost and no explanation why it takes 30 days to finish setting up a business account. Total bait and switch after I had already spent hours waiting. When I told them that was unacceptable and to just cancel the new account and return my phone to the old account they couldn't because the department that was needed to do the cancellation was closed on the weekends. 5 phone calls, 2 trips to 2 different Verizon stores (neither of which could help me) and 11 more wasted hours , they finally were able to restore my original number to my original account! I was without a phone for over a week as a self-employed business owner with no way to communicate with my clients. I hate Verizon with every fiber of my being, but unfortunately they're the only ones that have coverage in the areas that we need it in North GA and Atlanta. This particular store had four employees that stood around and watched me wait for their service department to call me back for 4 hours. Because I had no phone, I had to go to a Verizon store and use their store phone line to sort out the mess they caused. Even their own support dept was having internal technical difficulties and had to keep telling me they had to disconnect and return my call to me at the Verizon store in 15-20 minutes, which they never once did. Every time I would wait, and after more than an hour had passed beyond their promised callback time, I would call back and start all over with someone else only for them to run into another different technical challenge and have to call me back again in 15-20 mins. Wait another hour, call back a 3rd time and start over, rinse repeat. I spent the entire afternoon/evening at this Verizon store using their phone to talk to their tech support.... and NOT ONCE did any of their employee ask if I wanted water, ask if I needed anything, or offer to follow up for me or escalate the issue when I was told they would call me in 15 to 20 minutes and an hour later no one had called. They are absolutely useless and could care less about you...unless there is a sale to be made. Actual customer service does not exist with this company. It is nothing but a sales organization that has outsourced their support to people that barely speak English, have no idea how things really work, can only read from a script, and have their own internal technological mess to work around. If you have any other option for a mobile provider that has coverage in your area, I highly recommend you try them first. Once you are sold by Verizon, do not expect them to care one iota about you. Because we have a business account with five lines and no alternative service in the areas we need coverage, we deal with hours and hours of wasted time at least three or four times a year for the last almost 10 years. Horrible company with useless and incompetent technical support, and who see customers who are having any issues with Verizon and come into the store for help as a nuisance.

Review of Verizon Store – Extremely Disappointing Experience
I am deeply disappointed with the service I received at this Verizon store. In November 2024, I took advantage of their advertised promotion to trade in two old phones for two new iPhones, with the promise that it would cost me nothing as per their ad. However, this experience has turned into a nightmare.
First, the store lost both of my old phones after the trade-in. This is unacceptable, especially since I handed them over in good faith. I have now spent over 5-6 hours trying to resolve this issue, including making a special trip back to the store, but there has been no resolution. To make matters worse, I am still on the phone with Verizon support, and I have yet to see this issue corrected.
This entire ordeal has been incredibly frustrating and time-consuming. I trusted Verizon to honor their promotion and properly manage my trade-in, but instead, I feel ignored and left to deal with a mistake that is entirely their responsibility. I expected much better service from a company of Verizon's size and reputation.
I strongly urge Verizon to review their in-store operations and ensure customers do not face such issues in the future. As of now, my experience has been far from satisfactory, and I would be very hesitant to recommend this store to anyone.

We had a trade in that Verizon stated we need to just drop off at this store. We had 30 days and turned it in around day 20. On day 30 when it was the deadline, they called and stated we needed to pick the phone up because we didn’t have a shipping label. On the return instructions it stated no shipping label needed. The workers at the store knew little if any information. My boyfriend had to leave work to come address this after being tossed back and forth on the phone with the store and corporate for an hour. We provided the proof where it stated no shipping label created but acted like we were lying or wrong. After driving 30 mins from work, my boyfriend gets there and the manager handles it in 3 seconds. This completely inconvenienced us and just shows the incompetence of the workers there.
