Evan was great! Very knowledgeable and patient, helped my husband and I find the best options for us quickly and was able to explain things thoroughly while still being patient and not make us feel rushed even though it was a busy time right before Christmas.

Waited half an hour for associate who claimed my visit to finish with another transaction - he stopped multiple others from taking over.Returned for something else a few weeks later, no holiday hours posted but store still closed half an hour after due to open.I normally insist on corporate Verizon as opposed to authorized sellers for service quality, but this one is rough.Update: funny that the reply welcomed me to come back. I had to go back earlier the same day of the reply to deliver a trade-in phone. Again, store was still shuttered long after scheduled to open. Once I was able to go in, I waited close to an hour while an employee nonchalantly stared at a frozen screen while trying to wipe the device, eventually ended up troubleshooting and correcting the issue myself because he was doing nothing. I tried to discreetly hint about the delay by apologizing for occupying his time - his response? "It's been crazy here lately, I don't mind the break".

I came in to upgrade my phone. The sales gentleman got my info then went to the back to “whip up a quote”…I sat downin the chair for 20 minutes. He never came out. What a freaking joke.

Absolute worst experience in customer service in my entire life and I’m old. Added things to my plan I specifically declined, did not fully activate one phone and it won’t work at all. Won’t replace . In store rep called support to activate one of the phones and was hung up on. Another rep told my husband the lines weren’t together when I knew I had added my son’s line to his. Went back up there and guess what the lines were already on same account. The $65/ line we were promised was billed $201 3 days after getting the phone, spent 2 and half hours on the phone last night with support only to be transferred 3 times where last person hung up on us. After another hour on phone this morning went back into store where they absolutely refused to help. Would not even look at phone. I would recommend literally any carrier over them and will be filing BBB complaint.

oh my goodness! this is the best verison i have ever been to. I seriously wish i could give it 6 stars. Today i went because my sim card stoped working; i saw an employee named keshia and she was the most helpful employee ever. i also saw all the other employees helping others and this is the all around best store yet. everyone worked so quick and efficiently. 10/10

I don’t recommend this store two different things said by two different representatives and at the time of opening the account they said the plan would be for 35$ for 1 business account and other one will come for 45 for free phone promotion for business account and after monthly bill it’s showing 236$ and when came to store they saying 86$ and the Verizon representative Rupali Sharma was so rude and after waiting 30 min she told to come next day even its not even closing time . With out checking or any proper information tell what ever comes her mind . I am very disappointed and never coming back to Verizon and if you want to save some time don’t ever try for this store or even better if you get rid of Verizon .

Under trained reps at store, I’m still working with customer service past 7 months to resolve billing issues. The sales person messed up the whole order. The trade-in were flagged as new phones for all 3 lines that I moved. On flip side online customer service is good.It's been over a month and no one contacted me.

Had trouble activating my company phone at another Verizon, came to this one, JAMES was kind, patient, and time friendly, got my phone going, and me back on the road. 10/10

Very poor customer service, the sales lady has provided false promotions and commitments to activate the line. It has been more than 4 months still promotions are not applied. Reached several times to store and Verizon customer support no proper answer now asking to surrender the line. Think twice or thrice before stepping into this store.3/15 updateNo help from Verizon, so moved out from Verizon.
