“I needed a good, solid washer for my Mom Her long time washer had finally broken down and couldn’t be repaired. Kevin and Vanessa at FM took great care of me, and I got a great deal on a GE washer. It’s perfect for my Mom. These are good people and they care, which is rare these days. They are good at what they do, and it’s great to see a family business like this. I’ll go back next time I need an appliance.”

“Greg was very helpful and informative about my plumbing issues! No guesswork and even suggested other hassle-free options to replace my faucet instead of swapping out a bunch of parts”

“I was getting frustrated looking for an item,I asked one of the worker for help, wasn't much help at all. He look like he didn't understand me at first but proceed to tell me which aisle to go to and that I will find what I was looking for. Nope it wasn't it. I came across another worker Ms.Susan (Sparky) and omg she's a godsend. Not only did came with me to the aisle she continued to help me find it. It wasn't where it said it'll be, she didn't give up and looked all over until she found that it was up high! Went to grab a ladder and did her thangggg! Thank you so much for your help Ms.Sparky!”

“I’ve shopped at this Home Depot several times for both big projects and small fixes, and my experiences have been mixed. On the positive side, they have one of the largest selections of tools, building materials, appliances, and garden supplies you’ll find anywhere. you can usually find what you’re looking for in one trip. Many stores have knowledgeable employees who are happy to help, and in-store shopping is straightforward when staff are available. Customers frequently praise specific associates who go out of their way to be helpful, especially on big purchases.”
