“Prices were good and the worms we bought were fresh. They had a lot of stuff for reptiles and spiders and a lot of various reptiles and spiders for sale. I don't know a ton about every reptile/spider, but I do know that leopard geckos should not be housed together in the same enclosure. They had 4 in the same enclosure, which is not ideal for them. This is the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5.
Edit: Thank you to the owner for clarifying the leopard gecko situation. I've updated the review accordingly. They were rescues and the person who surrendered them insisted the stay together for a bit before being separated.”

My dog, Walter, has been going to her since he was a pup and she has always been so sweet and patient - even when he used to be skittish about the whole grooming process, including having his nails trimmed with the dremel. Now - he's a champ - thanks to Victoria! He always comes home looking so handsome, smelling so good and is so soft! She's the best!”

“My dog was recently diagnosed with lymphoma and we were referred here to see Dr. Vidal. The facility is very nice, calm & clean. My dog was surprisingly comfortable there. Dr. Vidal is very knowledgeable and so kind; so far all we’ve had is consultation & tests but she has answered every question and more. Lindsey, the tech, was amazing from the start as well. My dog was comfortable with her right away, she’s knowledgeable as well. You can tell they all love animals. I know their goal here is to help and I’m glad I came here with my dog.”
“Nice little neighborhood store. We love their bakery and produce, yet I wouldn't buy their meats. Only today we spotted some really grey meat (ground beef).”

“My go to for chicks every year! Never had issues with sick chicks. Couple roosters in the past but that’s no issue :) you can find all kinds of outdoor and livestock needs :) workers are always kind and enthusiastic :) As long as this location has chicks I’ll keep making the drive to this location :)”
“I was devastated to learn that Amazon had stopped carrying lifespan enzymes that I use religiously for my dogs arthritis. After some searching I came across evolution pets and ordered 4. I am in NY so when my order wasn't processed until 10 days later, I called and emailed and made them aware of my dissatisfaction. That being said, my order was mailed out with priority that day, and I was given 2 extra enzymes due to the inconvenience. Mistakes happen, but it's the way they're handled that makes all the difference to me. This should last me a year, but they now have a life long customer. I want to personally thank Bonnie for her following up, and follow through and mending this situation.”

“Service with a smile. I usually adopt older dogs, but this week, we adopted an 8 wk old puppy. Needless to say, i was not fully prepared for a puppy. After leaving the humane society, we went to PetSmart to get supplies I didn't have yet, and we had a tradition to uphold. When we adopt an animal, we always stop somewhere so they can pick out their first toy. Walking in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly smile. I received a free coupon book and a very helpful list of suggested supplies for puppies. In the end, I saved so much with the coupons that we were able to get a few extra toys. :)
Both of my dogs love going to PetSmart and getting spoiled, and we will visit again soon...it's about bath time.”

“Extremely small but I know they can't help it so there is a limited amount of items. The employees were extremely nice and we found a cute bunny outfit for our beardie! They were also cleaning the hamster/gerbil enclosures when we were there which makes me feel better about purchasing from there since they take care of their animals. Also, there's neat facts on the aquarium tanks.”
