“I was able to stock up on my dog’s food thanks to their sale. Even though it was on sale, the price was still significantly lower than other places I usually shop, which made me really happy. “The staff is super friendly and attentive. They’re always willing to help and up for a convo. The livestock is extremely healthy and the tanks are very clean. The selection of freshwater and saltwater is phenomenal! We’ve gotten a lot of freshwater fish from here and not a single one has had an issue. It’s the only place we buy livestock from.”

“My dog was recently diagnosed with lymphoma and we were referred here to see Dr. Vidal. The facility is very nice, calm & clean. My dog was surprisingly comfortable there. Dr. Vidal is very knowledgeable and so kind; so far all we’ve had is consultation & tests but she has answered every question and more. Lindsey, the tech, was amazing from the start as well. My dog was comfortable with her right away, she’s knowledgeable as well. You can tell they all love animals. I know their goal here is to help and I’m glad I came here with my dog.”
“Nice little neighborhood store. We love their bakery and produce, yet I wouldn't buy their meats. Only today we spotted some really grey meat (ground beef).”

“Service with a smile. I usually adopt older dogs, but this week, we adopted an 8 wk old puppy. Needless to say, i was not fully prepared for a puppy. After leaving the humane society, we went to PetSmart to get supplies I didn't have yet, and we had a tradition to uphold. When we adopt an animal, we always stop somewhere so they can pick out their first toy. Walking in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly smile. I received a free coupon book and a very helpful list of suggested supplies for puppies. In the end, I saved so much with the coupons that we were able to get a few extra toys. :)
Both of my dogs love going to PetSmart and getting spoiled, and we will visit again soon...it's about bath time.”
“Very professional. You had to use hand sanitizer upon entering. If you wanted to hold a puppy, you had to wear a Pancho. They have financing. And the employee who helped me was very nice. I was told that they use breeders who don't "puppy mill". They have one litter a year.”
“FOR A PETSMART ( I know how the actual business is bit that's not the in-store employees fault) it's pretty nice. The employees are typically sweet and very helpful, it's never smells terrible, and the animals look alright”

“A must for anyone with pets and other animals. Easy parking. Great help if you need it to load feed. I have gotten several bales of hay and the service was second to none. I was truly amazed at the inventory in house.”
