“Today I decided to do a review for Rita McAllister, who worked at Discovery Point Hamilton Mill for over 20 years and I had the joy of having her as my boss in 2021.
I have had several jobs and bosses, but I still think Rita has been the best, and I don't think anyone will ever beat her. As a boss she is demanding but very human, handling with special care the compliance of the rules, without losing sight of the fact that the children are the most important thing, and our reason for being. This was very evident to the parents, who were very fond of her.
She always made sure that all the classrooms functioned according to the requirements of the county and reminded us how important it is to know all the protocols. I remember when we had to do the CPR / AED / First Aid course Rita followed up for all of us to do it.
I thank her for all her teachings and patience in training the staff as well as the love and consideration. Any organization would be happy to have her as an employee because of her commitment and responsibility.”
