My main reason and deciding factor for choosing CubeSmart is really because of Anna. She is extremely professional and personable. Her customer service is excellent and you can see she truly cares about her job and her customers. “I had a issue with my space not opening, as soon as I arrived John greeted me asking about the issue. He explained it might be the battery and took me down there and resolved it right away also gave me credit for the missed days I could not get in. Very Happy with the team at this location, especially John! Thanks man!”
