“Store is always cleaned and neatly zoned. The crew members are exceptionally nice here, nicer than I've ever gotten a Publix before. I recently ordered a cake for my wife's birthday it wasn't the cake I received at pick-up. It wasn't even the correct size. I spoke to the baker manager and she confirmed that the cake was in fact not the cake I ordered attached to the order form. She offered to remake the cake entirely, but I didn't have enough time left for her to do so. She was very apologetic about the mistake and offered the cake at no charge. She also gave the option for me to choose an additional cake at no charge, to suffice for the larger cake so I'd have enough cake to feed the number of people that I initially ordered the cake for. She was very sincere and continued to apologize for the error and inconvenience. I appreciated her going above and beyond and not being inconsiderate and completely turning the situation around. Wish I could remember her name, but I don't.”
